For years now, I've been jealous of other daily webcomic creators' ability to automatically post their panels at midnight. I've always felt that, since I draw the comics every day, I can only post that night. Well, about a month ago, when I decided to get a week ahead so that I could automatically post, it hit me. I can get a month ahead and then have even less to worry about, allowing me to go on vacation for weeks and still have panels post. Problem solved.

This also solves another problem for me. Some people (yes, mostly you, mom), use this website as a means to keep tabs on me. Every now and then, someone will make a comment to me about how I haven't posted a panel in a while. Usually, this makes me want to violently shake them while screaming, "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW STRESSFUL IT IS TO DRAW A DAILY COMIC FOR OVER FIVE YEARS WITHOUT FAIL, LET ALONE SCAN IN A PANEL EVERY NIGHT? WELL?! DO YOU?!" But I'm not in the habit of violently shaking and yelling at my mother and/or friends for any reason, let alone one so trivial.

So, in conclusion, rest easy, all five of you who noticed I wasn't posting. I am a month ahead now, so it should post every night (until I decide to get two months ahead). And If I die, you'll likely know well before this site stops updating.

So there. Leave me in peace, please.

These movies are really awesome, and the cool thing about this one is that it's in "modern" day, making it a period piece set in the 70's. There's a great Satanic ritual in the film, too. And I do mean great.

I was going to draw a knife for Dexter, but then I thought back and I'm fairly certain I've done that before. After drawing the panel, I decided that, next time I want to draw a knife, I'm going to.

I've been rereading Alan Moore's Swamp Thing in preparation to read the new Swamp Thing series, even though it's not the same Swamp Thing. Or it kind of is. I don't know. Goddammit, DC, why do you do this to me? AND WHY DID NO ONE EVER WRITE A PARLIAMENT OF WORLDS STORY, ASSHOLES?

I just switched over to uploading my scans to Photoshop, which is a bit of a long process involving emailing scans from my archaic scanner and computer to my less-archaic laptop, which is equipped with Photoshop. I can hardly tell the difference once they're posted here, but I'm convinced there is one, so I'm going to continue doing it. I wish that I could say it's taken me five days to figure out how to do it and that that's why I haven't posted my panels in five days, but the truth is more that I am lazy.

There is a part in the movie where Varg is talking about a (potentially hypothetical) conversation between Fenriz and himself about whether they like their Corn Flakes soggy or crispy. This has to be the best part of the movie.
